about.
This is a mixed photography series rooted in people, mood, and visual storytelling. It blends candid street portraits, expressive portraiture, and a short conceptual set inspired by the horror film IT.
What connects these images is the feeling behind the frame, whether it’s real people in motion or recreated scenes with a cinematic twist. Shot over multiple locations and moods, the work explores identity, stillness, unease, and the quiet chaos of being human.
challenge.
One of the biggest challenges was shifting between spontaneous shooting and planned setups, from chasing fleeting moments on the street to recreating cinematic stills with precision and intention.
Technically, working with limited light, fast-changing environments, and unposed subjects forced me to think quickly and let go of control. Creatively, it pushed me to find my own visual language across different formats, while still making the work feel cohesive.
result.
This project helped me grow as both a photographer and storyteller. I learned how to adapt my vision across styles, balancing raw, candid energy with stylized cinematic control. It taught me how to frame emotion, capture character, and build atmosphere, whether I had two seconds or two hours to get the shot. More than anything, it helped me find what I’m really drawn to : people, mood, and the spaces in between.
Photography started as a quiet way to observe the world, people, spaces, moods, and turned into one of my favorite ways to tell stories without words. Whether it's capturing street life, portraits, or cinematic stills, I try to find moments that feel honest, a little unexpected, and emotionally real. Every photo here taught me something about light, presence, or patience, and I’m still learning.
